Walter Reggie Snead was born in 1909. He entered the Army in April 1943 and prior to that was engaged in the oil lease business. Walter served in 363rd Infantry, 91st Infantry Division during World War II. He was Killed in Action on February 19, 1945 during the battle in the area of Ponzalla, Italy and is now buried in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, Bradley, Lafayette County, Arkansas, USA.
