Irving R. Lambrix, aged 23, was born on June 30, 1921 in Riverview, Wayne County, Michigan. He was the son of Charles Joseph Lambrix and Sophia Anna Marie Bund Lambrix. Irving served in the 363rd Infantry, 91st Infantry Division as a Private First Class during World War II. He died on September 17, 1944 during the battle in the area of Ponzalla in Italy and is now buried in the Florence American Cemetery, Impruneta, Italy.
