2ID Boulder Limey-Remenauville
Details:
On the east side of D75, 1.2 km north of Limey. Directly on the side of the road. Marker A white, concrete boulder with a raised 5 point star. This is one of 23 such boulders that recognize the US 2nd Infantry Division's advance in WWI. The US 5th Marine Regiment (attached to the 2nd ID during WWI) is noted to have fought in Limey, France.
