On a building wall, northeast side of intersection of Nguyen Thai Hoc and Trinh Hoai Duc. Plaque Plaque left commemorating the first downing of an RA-5C over Hanoi.  The downing occurred on Ho Chi Minh's birthday.  At least seven other aircraft were lost by US forces that day.

Title: Capital Army & people shot down a US modern airplane
Body: On May 19 1967 at 14:25, a US RA-5C was shot down on Le Truc pavement by the Army & people of Hanoi. Two US pilots was caught alive at Thuy Khue street. RA-5C was one of 10 airplanes shot down on the same day and was the first electronic spy airplane shot down in the Hanoi sky.
