The Pescatore Foundation is located in Luxembourg city at the end of Avenue Jean-Pierre Pescatore. The plaque is located outside just to the right of the entry doors. Plaque A stone plaque with white engraving in English and French text denoting that this building was General George S. Patton Jr, headquarters from December 21, 1944 to March 27, 1945. The insignia of the 3rd US Army is in the middle.
