Located in the small park across the street (westerly) from the church in Lieler. Monument Stone monument with plaque on round pedestal. Monument located in ‘Place Griffin’ named after 1st LT Ray Griffin, commander of 712th Tank Battalion, 90th Infantry Division who used Lieler as his command post in January 1945. Monument dedicated to the 712th Tank Battalion, 8th US Infantry Division, 28th US Infantry Division and 90th US Infantry Division.
