B-17G 'I'll Get By'
Details:
A curvy rose colored granite stele with French text in gold. The 8th Air Force insignia is at the top along with a sketch of a B-17. There is a picture of the crew in front of the plane at the bottom. The monument is dedicated to the B-17G "I'll Get By," shot down on 2 August 1944. Inaugurated in August 2014.
